Resolved Question: DUI When I Never Had A License?

I live in Peachtree City, GA and here we are allowed to drive golf carts without a license. I was pulled over on a golf cart for DUI, my question is how does a DUI charge work if I have never even had a license in my life? To Doberman and everyone else Im 26 yrs old!
